At Shop Casey & Co, every item is made to order—designed, pressed, and packaged with care to ensure you receive a product that’s as high-quality as it is unique.
Production Time:
Each order typically takes up to one week to complete before shipping. Custom orders may take longer depending on the level of detail and design requirements. Please note that any changes made after submitting your order (such as design edits, size adjustments, or personalization requests) can extend the production timeline.
Rush Orders:
If you need your item sooner, rush production may be available for an additional fee. Rush availability depends on current order volume and must be confirmed before checkout.
Order Start Policy:
Your order will not begin production until full payment has been received. If payment is made but you haven’t provided all necessary design details, production will not begin until those details are submitted and reviewed during normal business hours on the next business day.
Shipping Time:
Once your order is completed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Standard shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after being shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Shop Casey & Co, all custom and made-to-order items are final sale. We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom orders once they’ve been placed.
If an error occurs on our end (such as a misspelling, wrong color, or incorrect design), we’ll happily remake your item at no cost to you.
However, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues outside of our control—such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or not confirming details before purchase.
